CHOOSE YOUR FRIENDS WISELY

We all want to have friends. We want to have people we can easily talk to. Usually these people can be our school mates, colleagues in the office, people around us or friends in the streets.

The major reason we want to have friends is to share some of our good and bad moment with. Either we are passing through one challenge or the other we just want someone whom we can talk to or listen to us.

Having friends has a lot of benefits. As well as disadvantages. Good friends help us to become better person, why the bad ones put us into trouble.

Whether as an adult or a teenager we need to be extremely careful of the kind of person we keep as friend. Irresponsible person is not fit enough for us to have as a friend, especially those who are not serious about their future.

But a good and disciplined person is worth having as a friend. With such person you can know how to live a good life. You can also know how to study or work hard to become successful in your career.

As a youth, one sure way to know a good person to follow as friend is someone your family is happy to identify with you. The person must be disciplined and should be God-fearing.

As an adult what you should always look out for in a good friend is the ability of such person to be there for you in time of need or difficulties. It's not enough to have a friend who will not advise you well or assist you in time of need. They don't necessarily have to be rich; but just having the back to lean on or shoulder to cry on.

So when you are choosing someone to be your friend try to find out if such person can add good value to your life. If not, stay alone until the good one comes your way.
